Pricing & Special Offers
Our prices for a Saturday wedding in 2025 are as follows:
High Season – April to September – £6,257
Mid Season – October, December and March – £4,755
Low Season – November, January and February – £4,451
During the school holidays we can also offer a mid-week wedding (typically a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) and there is a 30% discount to prices listed above.
The price is for the exclusive hire of the Tudor barn, covered terrace, walled garden and lower lawns. No VAT is chargeable & there are no corkage fees.
Additional costs would include: catering; hire of furniture, linen, crockery, glasses etc.; decoration; photography; floristry etc. If you are planning a civil ceremony, there is an additional charge of £250.

*Pricing is based on a Low Season Saturday wedding with a minimum of 70 guests and includes:

Delicious Small Bowl Menu for 70 guests (choice of 3 savoury bowls & 3 sweet bowls pp)

Add an Hours Drinks Reception for £280 to include staff & glassware (no corkage fees charged).
Venue dressing package available at £440.
Getting married abroad or elsewhere? Not a problem, take off £350 from prices listed above.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and incredible value for money compared to other local wedding barns! And was easily the most beautiful we had visited. They helped to direct us to caterers, bars, table/chair hire etc, but weren’t at all precious when we asked to use someone else – they second vetted the company for us which was super helpful.
