The Barn
The Barn
The 16th Century barn is divided into two distinct areas by a pretty glazed wall.
The outer barn seats up to 140 guests and is ideal for a wedding breakfast.
The inner barn is licensed for ceremonies (up to 130 guests) with stunning views across the Wildbrooks and River Arun to Amberley Castle and the South Downs beyond. Once the ceremony is complete, this room can be transformed into the perfect party space with room for a band and dancefloor.
At Bury Manor Barn, there is the freedom to decorate to your chosen theme; whether that be traditional wedding, a rustic affair or a day bursting with colour. The barn has retained its original wooden beams which you are free to dress to add to the overall look. There is a superb `state of the art’ LED lighting system in place for you to use too.
Bury Manor Barn is a venue for all seasons – each with distinct appeal.
Spring Weddings
Two perfect magnolia trees frame the entrance to Bury Manor Barn and the grounds look perfect in the spring sunshine. The log fire in the inner barn is of course available if the weather is chilly.
Summer Weddings
In the warmer months Humanist ceremonies can take place in our wonderful amphitheatre, where guests can take a seat in the sun with the river Arun, Amerbley Castle and the South Downs before them. The huge door on the side of the barn looks south towards the pond with further expansive views.
Autumn Weddings
Are always spectacular with changing colour of the many trees which are a feature of this site. The barn looks lovely dressed in seasonal tones at this time of year.
Winter Weddings
With twinkling fairy lights and the roaring log fire, Bury Manor Barn is the perfect spot for a cosy winter wedding.
